Other options include pay by phone, pay by web, and pay by mail.

Things to know before paying your premium:

• Have your account number and policy number ready. You may be asked to create a personal identification number to ensure your security. Have a pen handy to write down the confirmation number.
• As a general rule, premiums cannot be paid online or by telephone on the date of cancellation. Please call our office if you should have any questions about this.
• If you do not see your company listed here, please call our office during normal business hours, Monday — Friday, 8:30 AM — 5:00 PM at 734-692-6400.

If you need to file a claim (See chart below)

• Call the police or fire department if necessary. Call 911 if necessary.
• Protect your property from further damage. Keep damaged property.
• Report your claim. Call Frost Insurance first during normal business hours, Monday — Friday,
  8:30 AM — 5:00 PM at 734-692-6400. We are your best source for claims assistance. If
